Vacation-Disneyland and California Adventure

While in California we went to Disneyland and California Adventure.  For dinner we went to Club 33 which is in the park of which my uncle is member so we were able to eat there.  We went on lots of rides and had a lot of fun.

Life is Just a Chugging on Ahead

The month of May we went to Iowa to visit family.  We drove there in one day.  We left here at 3:30 in the morning and did not get there until 10:30 Utah time, so it was 11:30 Iowa time.  So in all the 19 hour drive was really long.  We went to Eddy's brother's graduation, enjoyed relaxing, and just hanging out.  Eddy and his father put new brakes on the front end of the car.  My dad took Eddy and I geocaching, which is pretty much a type of treasure hunting with a GPS.  You go to a website pick out the one's that you want to do go to the place put the coordinate given into the GPS unit then follow the GPS to where the box is hidden.  Here are some pictures.

The vacation was a lot of fun.  After we came home Eddy started his summer classes and I have been keeping the home fort clean since I currently do not work.  Eddy has gone hiking with a friend of ours and there was this awesome rainbow a few weeks ago.  Also, we have been enjoying the stake softball dinners and the games.  That is our life so far this summer.

Weekend Adventures

This weekend has been family filled. Eddy's mother, grandmother, and two brothers are visiting from Iowa so we traveled down to Draper to spend the weekend with them as well as Eddy's brother that lives in Draper. Also, my aunt and uncle were in town visiting my cousin's so I spent Friday afternoon spending time with them. With my cousin's and uncle we went to temple square and was greatly surprised at the ENORMOUS hole that used to be a mall. Lots of construction going on. On Saturday, Eddy's family, Eddy, and I went to the Bingham Copper Mine. It was cool going to see the mine because the last time I went it was 14 years ago and I didn't remember a whole lot so I enjoyed seeing it where I will remember it more clearly or at least it was nice to be refreshed. I will post some of the pictures that I took of the mines which I say are pretty cool.
